Sessions & Pricing

For my sessions, I do not charge a fixed fee, but offer a price range.

Depending on your financial circumstances and on the value you feel my work provides, you are welcome to contribute more or less — entirely at your own discretion.

The price range is €75 – €120 per hour (60 minutes).

The duration of an online session depends on the topic at hand, but is generally 90 minutes. Somatic process guidance sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes.

As I am currently looking for a new place to establish my practice, I do not have a permanent practice location at the moment. You are therefore welcome to book an online session with me or contact me to arrange a seminar in person.

Systemic Counselling
(Online via Zoom)

Systemic work has fascinated me from the very beginning. I find it to be a wonderful way of bringing unconscious themes to the surface and making them accessible to our awareness and experience.

One of my main intentions is for each person to feel, experience, and integrate their own processes for themselves. I am simply a companion who offers images and impulses along the way.

Distressing experiences can shape our emotional experience and influence later patterns of thought and behaviour, sometimes even leading to a diminished ability to feel and experience emotions more generally.

Later in life, painful situations may be unconsciously reenacted. This can be understood as an attempt to bring separated or disowned parts of ourselves back into awareness and integration.

In process work, I aim to provide a safe and supportive space in which hidden feelings can be noticed, acknowledged, and expressed. This can encourage an exploration of inner parts, personal experiences, and recurring patterns. It opens up the possibility of recognizing one’s own connections and patterns more consciously and developing a mindful relationship with inner processes.

Ultimately, it is about stepping out of victim–perpetrator–rescuer dynamics and recognizing one’s own responsibility — creating a path towards self-empowerment.

This journey often unfolds through four inner steps:

  • Developing a clear intention

  • Feeling the willingness to change

  • Making a decision from the heart

  • Moving through the experience and staying present with the intensity that arises

In my systemic guidance, I primarily draw on the following three approaches:

  • Exploring the family system (Family Constellations)

  • Analytical Constellations

  • Influences from reincarnation teachings

Body Intelligence

Body Intelligence (inspired by Karl Grunick) has been an important source of inspiration for me and continues to enrich my work. I am continually amazed by the inner stability and clarity that can emerge when we are fully present in the body.

External influences no longer affect us in the same way, we become less susceptible to outside influence, and a gentle sense of inner joy can arise — a comforting feeling of being fully connected with oneself.

Through simple exercises, this can be explored and experienced both in groups and in one-to-one sessions. Many participants are initially surprised by how simple it is — but that is precisely the point.

Life is meant to be simple!

Unfortunately, we have unlearned this and often make things much more complicated for ourselves.

For the most part, this has to do with resistance — resistance to our present situation, and to life itself. When this resistance is released, much more energy becomes freely available, and everything begins to unfold with greater ease — we feel supported and carried by life.

Somatic Process Guidance
& Breathwork Experiences

Through an internally neutral orientation, grounded in embodied presence, intuitive and mindfulness-based body processes can also be gently accompanied. Again and again, it becomes apparent that any attempt to deliberately influence or “change” the process can actually get in the way.

The focus is on listening attentively and allowing whatever is present in the moment to unfold. The body often provides its own subtle indications of where attention is needed.

Through consciously incorporating the breath, deeper processes of inner awareness can be invited. In doing so, intense emotions, sensations, or inner movements may arise and find expression.

Whatever is present in the moment is welcome to be there.

For many people, this open and judgment-free expression of emotions was only given limited space from an early age — we were often told that we were too much, too loud, or too sensitive.

Yet perhaps this is precisely where something essential lies:

There is nothing wrong with us — we are simply invited to rediscover and experience ourselves in our own unique way.

Sound Baths & Singing Bowl Massages

Sound has something deeply primal about it and can open spaces for inner awareness. Many people experience sound as moving, harmonizing, or relaxing.

In the Indian tradition, the term “Nada Brahma” can be understood as “the world is sound.” It reflects the idea that all existence can be understood as vibration.

The experiences of many people also demonstrate how sensitively we can respond to sounds, resonance, and different qualities of frequency.

These experiences can vary greatly — from feeling energized and invigorated to experiencing calm and deep relaxation. The quality perceived in any given moment is unique to each individual.

Sound can thus create a space in which inner processes can be experienced with greater awareness.

I offer singing bowl massages and sound baths. During the massages, warmed singing bowls are placed directly on the body.

For sound baths, other instruments are used alongside the singing bowls, such as chimes, Koshi chimes, and tuning forks. This experience is particularly well suited to groups or several participants and can also be a wonderful complement to physical practices such as yoga or tai chi.
